Every Wednesday (except the first Wed. of the month) at Northminster we offer a delicious
meal prepared by a cooking team of church members. If you have not already made reservations at the church, you can use the
form below:
Suggested donation, $4.00 per person, except for those under
5 years old! Reservations must be made by noon on Tuesday so that the cooking team can buy groceries!

and Meatballs Salad Roll Drink Dessert
NOTE: This form makes a reservation for 1 week at
a time. If you would like to make standing reservations for each Wednesday night meal instead of making reservations
weekly, please call 324-6634 or e-mail the church office (npch@charter.net). If you make standing reservations, please call the church office if you are unable to attend a Wednesday
night meal.
